Wine Victoria has developed content for everyone involved in marketing wine tourism in Victoria – particularly businesses targeting international tourism markets. The content helps to tell a cohesive wine story for the state.
The promotion of this content is designed to inspire key audiences, educate them on the ‘why’, ‘where’ and how ‘to’ for exploring the state, and position Victoria as a premium wine destination of the world. In the long term, the goal is contribute to visitation and expenditure from wine tourists into regional Victoria.
Brand and content was developed by Hardie Grant and Sherpa Productions and supplied to Clever Digital to create an engaging and simple website designed to appeal to local and international tourists. Clever Digital also worked with natural Chinese translators to optimise the site for Chinese visitors and part of the China Ready strategy.
Clever Digital collaborated stakeholders from the three featured local regions; Mornington Peninsula Vignerons Association, Wine Geelong and Wine Gippsland. Region focused pages were developed to ensure each region had the ability to update and adapt the core messaging specific to their own needs.
